INTERVIEW ON THE RACIAL CRISIS
IN DALLAS

Madrid, July 2016.-

Antonio Camuñas was interviewed in the midday news programme Telenoticias 1 of the public channel Telemadrid on account of the serious racial events which occurred in the Texan city of Dallas.

For the chairman of Global Strategies "it is evident that both the tragedy of Dallas and all other previous incidents are a sign of the deep social wounds left behind by civil conflicts and the difficulty in healing them completely".

As for the bearing and sale of weapons, he stated that this was a complex problem with deep historical roots in the US and that – although he understands this is incomprehensible for Europe – their control and eradication will not be a simple task “just as in Spain it would be unthinkable to ban the festival of San Fermín despite the evident risk of loss of human life involved”.
